Responsibilities
Job Summary:Seeking a cybersecurity professional who possesses experience in Microsoft MDE, MDI, ServiceNow, Remedy, leadership, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of cybersecurity trends and technologies, as well as experience in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity solutions. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the security and privacy of our client’s systems, networks, and data.Responsibilities:• Establish and maintain the security of our client’s systems, networks, and data• Use your experience with ServiceNow and Remedy to manage incidents and coordinate response efforts• Utilize knowledge of Microsoft MDE and MDI to monitor, analyze, and report security incidents• Proactively identify and mitigate potential security risks across all areas of the client• Direct and lead cybersecurity teams to ensure consistent policies and procedures are followed• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with new cybersecurity trends and technologies• Work with cross-functional teams to implement cybersecurity solutions that align with business goals• Provide guidance to non-technical staff on cybersecurity best practices and procedures• Act as an advisor to senior management on cybersecurity matters and provide reports on the status of security initiatives and projects.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information security, or related field

Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity or related field

Experience with Microsoft MDE and MDI

Knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow, Remedy, and other cybersecurity software and tools

Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices, policies, and frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS

Leadership skills and experience managing teams of cybersecurity professionals

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex cybersecurity topics to varied audiences

Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CEH or equivalent are preferred.

Experience supporting the Veterans Affairs or a US government agency.

Target Salary Range $112,000 – $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
