General Information Ref #: 20230033466 Travel Amount Required: Up to 25% Job Type: Regular-Full Time Location: Weston – Florida – United States Description & Qualifications Description The Regulatory and Tax Research team at UKG is looking for a Lead Compliance Advisor who has excellent knowledge of the HR Compliance landscape and can easily translate regulatory requirements into clear and succinct findings and recommendations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about diving deep into details and the ability to partner with a variety of teams to deliver valuable and compliant products. Responsibilities include: Perform US and global regulatory research and analysis pertaining to HCM industry. Provide prompt, practical compliance support to teams on HR compliance issues arising under global, federal, state, and local laws. Communicate your findings and analysis clearly and succinctly. Monitor and identify regulatory trends to translate into blog postings, white papers, newsletters, and speaking engagements. Conduct compliance risk assessment of new products and initiatives and advise product teams of compliance risk(s). Manage customer facing global data privacy and record retention knowledge base covering 45 countries, including management of vendor relationships. Requires researching and monitoring global data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD and others). Responsible for quarterly publication of customer-facing global regulatory newsletter #LI-Hybrid Qualifications Basic Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in the field of HR compliance and/or privacy Ability to conduct detailed analysis and produce accurate research results Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate thoughts, positions, and ideas clearly and professionally Superior project planning skills with the ability to handle a substantial workload, facilitate the activities of dynamic workgroups, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment producing deliverables according to established timelines Preferred Qualifications : CIPP – Certified Information Privacy Professional Law degree or legal background Prior experience working at a global software development company Presentation and customer management skills Company Overview Here at UKG, our purpose is people.
