LHH are looking for a Privacy Cultural and Training manager for a professional services firm based in London. This role is critical in mitigating the risk of data breaches caused by human error through providing training to all levels of the business.
Responsibilities:
Conducting front line training to employees and non-executives
Overall accountability for the provision of Information Security and Data Protection Training and Awareness
Programme sign-off of first-line content creation of data protection and security initiatives created locally for BUs
Demonstrate training and awareness effectiveness by defining and tracking key performance metrics, working closely with the KPI and data insights
Skills and experience:
Experience working with OneTrust software
Comfortable with presenting across all levels of the business
