This outstanding law firm is seeking a talented and innovative data protection and technology Solicitor/Associate to join their rapidly growing team. In this role, you will provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of data protection and technology matters, including GDPR compliance, cyber security, software licensing, and data breaches. Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and guidance to private and government sector clients on complex data protection and technology matters, including GDPR compliance, cyber security, software licensing, and data breaches, including risk analysisDraft and review legal documents, including contracts, data protection policies, and privacy noticesParticipate in negotiations, and advise clients on contract terms and conditionsProvide advice and support to clients in the event of a data breachCollaborate with IT and cyber security teams to ensure compliance with data protection regulationsAdvise clients on emerging technology trends and their legal implicationsSupervise and lead junior associates where applicable About You: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ experienceStrong academic recordExcellent knowledge of data protection and contract law and relevant regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneouslyAble and willing to undertake the development of junior associates If you are interested in finding out more about this role, please contact Tamara Chorokhova on 07721512011, or email tamarachorokhova@chadwicknott.co.uk
