The Sr. Corporate Counsel, Privacy will help Match Group brands ensure the highest standard of privacy for our organization and for our customers. If you have experience with product counseling (e.g., DPIAs/PIAs and PbD), negotiating data protection agreements, compliance reviews of emerging privacy laws, policy development, customer care escalations, regulatory complaints and investigations, employee training and incident response—we want to hear from you!
This is a hybrid role and requires weekly in-office collaboration. This position is located in Dublin.

How you’ll make an impact:
You will participate in the development of Match Group’s privacy program to meet changing global privacy requirements
You will work hand in hand with cross-functional stakeholders to design new features and services in line with applicable privacy laws and best in class privacy controls
You will draft and negotiate data protection agreements, as well as provide guidance to the legal team and to business partners on related matters
You will assist on customer care and regulatory matters related to privacy.
You will develop, maintain and communicate privacy policies and procedures as part of the ongoing evolution of Match Group’s privacy program
You will assist with ongoing review and update of internal trainings on legal and regulatory requirements relating to privacy, and act as a point person for privacy questions for both legal teammates and the broader organization
We could be a match if:
You have a JD and 5+ years of privacy experience
You have exposure to GDPR, as well as US and other global privacy laws
