We need an excellent Information Security Analyst (IAM) to take care of security-related events that impact IT systems
A passionate mind for Identity and Access Management. Someone with an analytical mind, great problem solving skills and an absolute love for security technologies

What you’ll be doing
• Managing and processing daily ticket requests
• Making sure Revolut and Third party users have the appropriate levels of access
• Operating security support requests & troubleshooting issues, triaging tickets, and correct escalation to other teams
• Analysing and reviewing access requests, ensuring all levels of approvals are in place

What you’ll need
• Experience working on a technical IT or Security servicedesk
• Experience working with ticketing systems e.g. Jira
• Understanding of the technology stack
• A love for solving problems
• An ability to explain complex things very easily
• A natural tendency to notice the small things
