As the Ads Data Platform, part of our mission is to provide listeners with transparency and control over their advertising experience in order to facilitate a safe and trusted listening environment. As the Product Manager, Privacy you will own the roadmap for products and services that empower our listeners with control over their privacy on Spotify.
You’ll work closely with key stakeholders throughout Spotify in order to execute against this roadmap and ensure Spotify successfully meets or exceeds regulatory timelines. You will be responsible for ensuring Spotify Advertising maintains a privacy-first approach to product development and will drive our privacy product strategy in the context of a dynamic global regulatory environment.
What You’ll Do:
Own Spotify Advertising’s privacy product strategy and cross-functional roadmap
Collaborate and coordinate with legal, data partnerships, product marketing and core Spotify user platform product and engineering teams in order to complete the roadmap, ensuring on-time delivery against regulatory deadlines.
Deliver features and functionality that empower Spotify listeners with clarity and control over their data and privacy
Drive a privacy-first approach to product development throughout Spotify Advertising
Who You Are:
4+ years product management experience, preferably with privacy subject matter expertise
2+ years ad tech experience
Familiar with UI/UX and/or product design
Experienced with enterprise products and platform-level thinking, as well as comfortable working in a start-up environment
Data-driven decision-maker, forward-thinking, strategic and results-driven
A curious, creative and critical thinker who values learning and is comfortable working outside your comfort zone
A strong communicator and collaborator who seeks to create understanding and alignment, not necessarily consensus
