SALARY:  The salary range for this position is $55,744.33 to $91,796.78 for Schedule A, and $55,744.33 to $87,206.94 for Schedule B.  For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule B.

The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking four individuals to work in the Information Security Unit (“ISU”) in the design, installation, deployment, and support of enterprise-wide information security systems that support court technology and business processes. The individuals will work in a highly technical environment that utilizes technologies to include, but not limited to security technologies in Security Design and Analysis, Access Management, Mainframe, Open Systems, Programming. The selected individuals will design, evaluate and collaborate on the deployment of security systems that support the technical infrastructure and cross-platform applications that include mobile, web-based and mainframe applications as well as enforce the security model, technologies, and standards. A highly technical background and ability to grow is required for this position. This position requires strict adherence to the “CIA Triad” (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability) and handling all information on a “need to know” basis.  To ensure the continuous professional development of its information security staff, the Judiciary provides substantial opportunities for additional training in all of the areas relevant to these positions.

REMOTE WORKThe Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 3 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.
